Individual Therapy Services

Terri provides individual therapy to adults (18+). She uses a variety of approaches to include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR)

  • Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Mindfulness

  • Yoga
